    Very good

Friendly staff, very good location, tea cooker in the room

No free internet access in the rooms / very small rooms

The rooms they give to booking com guests are old and not clean. The windows do not close well, the TV does not work and the AC is very noisy. The bathroom was not OK.

    Exclusive

The location was amazing, just right the beach in the heart of the city centre. You could practically go anywhere by foot. Many restaurants, supermarket, excellent outdoor cafes are just around the corner. The breakfast was excellent. My Economy Single Room was rather small but you have everything what you need in it. It was clean and well-maintained. Definitely, I will be back!

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel.

    Fabulous

I got a great rate for a single person through Bookings.com. So for me it was worth it

They are a bit stingy at times about what they want and don't want to help you with. Sometimes they are really helpful and others not so much. Charging $17 for the internet is a dis-service to tourists and guests. I do not understand the philosophy.

    Fabulous

Extreme proximity both to the beach and to the business area. Great breakfast on the terrace facing the sea.

The central air conditioner was noisy, there was no chance to switch it off. Also the room window was not noise proof - given that the window was facing both busy avenues it was a bit too noisy.

    Good

The hotel was old and worn - carpets and corridor (dimly lit), walls (very worn and patched up) and bathroom, curtains, windows, just about everything was in desparate need for renovation. I stayed in a single room with a tiny window (feels like a prison cell). It didn't look anything like the photos on the web. For US$105 you would expect more than this basic level of backpacker type experience.

Coffee was dreadful, breakfast otherwise good.

Tel aviv is incredible, the breakfast, the location.

The rooms, the cleanliness, the noise from the road, the noise from the cleaners, the thin Walls, the wet bathroom, the night staff. The curtains that let in light.

    Superb

good location, helpful staff, small but adequate room.

    Very good

Excellent location, friendly staff and overall very good value for a city where hotels tend to be expensive.

Room was quite small and loud and bathroom could do with a renovation.

    Very good

The arrangement near to a beach, not so high cost was pleasant. A breakfast quite good, but to the European measures the poor.

    Fabulous

Located directly at the beach and a breakfast room facing the sea. Nice Israelian breakfast and beautiful lobby. Room (for one person) was as small as expected but I could see the sea.

A bit noisy and the shower is a bit small. The plastic curtain was too close to the shower and should be replaced by something else. Internet is expensive.

    Very good

The rooms were great and the location is brilliant. The staff were very helpful indeed.

Some comunal areas were a little run down. For a boutique hotel, it felt a bit simple .

    Fabulous

Friendly staff; good location; great breakfasts; very good value for location (in-between Dan and Sheraton, but less than half their price)

Room quite small; bath a bit chipped (but clean)
